We are done with 13 weeks (well 14 if you include the week Kyle made us redo) of the P90X workout and here is my review. I think that it is a great program for a total body workout. I am stronger and leaner than I was before. We've redone our fit test and of course I've improved in every area. I've lost inches, weight (4 pounds) and body fat (about 3%). Not drastic changes but I definately see and feel a difference. My clothes fit better and actually I've had to buy new, smaller clothes. I will say that we followed the diet to a T with a few exceptions: I did have coffee daily- I had to. We also had the occaisional beer/glass of wine. I mean, come on, we are human! What saved us: protein shakes- yummy, we will continue to have for breakfast or the occaisional lunch. Also skinny cow desserts- 100 calories and so good! Not sure why but my after photos came up first (on top). Not a drastic change but change. And yea, no makeup...not smart on my part.
