Temporary Downsizing

At this point, we are moving right along with the sale of our home. Due Diligence (I know I spelled that wrong) is over, we've agreed to the terms of little things to fix from the inspection and we are about to sign on the dotted line our little rental house in the Sandy Springs. I'm still waiting for the other shoe to drop- for our roof to cave in or something worse, but so far so good! Half of our crap- I mean stuff - will be in storage. No, I really want to get rid of alot of our stuff before we move. That's the good thing about moving, you can just donate to friends/recycle to a charity. I'm just thinking that if I can't see it in my new house, then it's got to go. And I'm more of the packrat than Kyle- so hopefully we will be able to whittle down our belongings. Plus, if we get rid of alot of stuff then we will have plenty of space to buy new stuff for the new house! That's what I'm talkin' about.

OMG! (is the only headline that I could come up with)

After showing our house 4 times in 24 hours, we are officially under contract to sell our house to another really nice family (assuming you thought we were nice too). We are beyond excited and will party hard tonight (haha). Then the work hits were we will be dealing with inspection, sweating over appraisal coming in, looking for a rental home (oh great) and moving towards getting our dream home built (yay!)! Fingers crossed this goes well!!

Spring Fever

After having record lows here in Atlanta I am definately having a bit of Spring Fever!! And after received the latest Boden catalog yesterday all I can say is that I hope I can find a way to have some of these really cute tunics this spring! Do they look like me? I think they do...
